A wonderful award winning recipe that uses 100% Buffalo. No pork or beef fillers. Our meat provides plenty of taste without any added fat. There are four huge 1/4 lb brats per pound that will not shrink when cooked. We sell lots of these brats.
We asked Swiss Meats to make this bratwurst exclusively for us. 100% Buffalo with lots of taste as well as a bit of a kick. These brats are fully cooked and Hickory Smoked. We like to say that you can just "Heat and Eat" these brats and lots of our customers do just that.
